We deliver both the assessments and the mechanical remedial works that follow them — in-house, under one accountable team.

Our story
AP Environmental was built around a simple observation our engineers kept making in the field: too many building owners were stuck in the same loop — receive a Legionella risk assessment from one provider, then chase a separate sub-contractor to fix the findings. Remedial work would slip, accountability would blur, and water safety would drift.
We work to a different model. Our engineers are qualified to carry out both the assessment and the mechanical/plumbing works that flow from it — meaning a single accountable team from inspection through to fix and verification.
That structure also drives honest reporting. We have no incentive to over-specify remedials, because we're the ones doing them. We identify what's necessary, agree it with you, and deliver it.
